Steve Randall is a podcast presenter and producer and the founder of Communication Generation.
As well as being a podcaster, heard on many podcasts, he has more more than 30 years of experience in the media industry as a radio & event presenter, voiceover, writer, and media coach.
As managing director of Communication Generation, Steve oversees the company’s podcast production and frequently presents podcasts for clients and our own productions.
Podcast Presenter & Producer
Steve presented and produced his first podcast in 2005, a show called Strange Encounters. Around the same time, he also produced a few podcasts for clients.
Steve founded Communication Generation in 2014 as podcasting was starting to take off after a slow start. He now produces and presents multiple podcasts for clients and his own shows.
With years of live radio experience, Steve’s skills as a podcast presenter range from ‘anchoring’ shows and chairing roundtable discussions through to one-to-one interviews with business leaders, celebrities, and politicians.

Radio
Steve is also a radio presenter and consultant and the host of the popular RADIO CREATORS podcast.
He started his career in radio – at Metro Radio in Newcastle – while still a teenager and went onto host the station’s prestigious breakfast show at the age of 23.
He later moved to TFM (Teesside), FOX FM (Oxford), Power FM & Ocean FM (South Coast), Andover Sound (Hampshire), The Breeze (networked across the south of England), JACK fm (Reading), and Spire FM (salisbury).
